Aluminium -Flex Bitumen Waterproofing Membranes

Aluma-Flex membranes are high-performance torch-applied waterproofing sheets manufactured from premium bitumen modified with Atactic Polypropylene (APP) or Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) polymers.

Each membrane features a multi-layer design, including a robust polyester reinforcement core for high tensile strength and PE film surfacing to ensure a permanent, puncture-resistant barrier against water ingress.

• Dual Modification Options — APP for superior heat resistance and UV stability, or SBS for exceptional low-temperature flexibility and elastic recovery.
• Polyester Reinforcement — The internal non-woven polyester carrier provides excellent dimensional stability and resistance to mechanical stress.
• Total Impermeability — Forms a monolithic, watertight seal that withstands high hydrostatic pressure in submerged conditions.
• PE Film Protected — Surfaced with Polyethylene film to facilitate easy torch application and protect the compound during storage.
• Aging Resistance — Formulated to maintain its physical properties over long-term exposure to varying soil and climate conditions.
