SikaLatex

SikaLatex® is a high-performance Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) latex-based polymer admixture designed to improve the adhesion, flexibility, water resistance, and durability of cementitious mortars and concrete. It is widely used as a bonding agent, waterproofing admixture, repair additive, and mortar modifier for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.

By enhancing the mechanical properties of cement-based mixes, SikaLatex® helps reduce shrinkage and cracking while improving workability and long-term performance. It is ideal for applications such as waterproofing slurry coatings, repair mortars, screeds, plastering, tile fixing, and concrete restoration, delivering strong and durable results on both interior and exterior surfaces.
