About This Equipment
Description
The Hydraulic Grouting Pump is a portable, hand-operated high-pressure injection unit used to force cementitious or chemical grout materials deep into cracks, voids, joints, and structural cavities in concrete, masonry, and rock. It consists of a hydraulic pump mechanism connected via a high-pressure hose to a pressure vessel and gauge unit — allowing a single operator to precisely control injection pressure and monitor grout flow in real time.
Compact enough to carry onto scaffolding or into confined spaces, it is the go-to equipment for crack sealing, waterproofing repair, and structural reinforcement work where power-driven machinery cannot reach.
🏗️
Concrete Crack Injection
Injects epoxy resin or PU grout into structural cracks in beams, columns, slabs, and walls to restore integrity and prevent water infiltration.
💧
Waterproofing & Leak Sealing
Forces polyurethane or acrylic grout into active water leaks in basements, tunnels, underground structures, and expansion joints to form an instant watertight seal.
🧱
Masonry & Brickwork Grouting
Used to fill voids, honeycombing, and gaps between brickwork and RCC structures with cement slurry for consolidation and reinforcement.
🌉
Bridge & Infrastructure Repair
Injects repair grout into cracks and delaminations in bridge decks, retaining walls, culverts, and other ageing infrastructure elements.
🚇
Tunnel & Subway Structures
Applied for leakage stoppage and crack reinforcement in tunnel linings, subway walls, and below-grade concrete structures subject to hydrostatic pressure.
🏢
Building Repair & Restoration
Used in structural rehabilitation projects to inject grout into settlement cracks, post-tensioning ducts, and structural joints in existing buildings.
